Video coming soon!

We are so excited to share the first edition of our collaborative project with The Gay Agenda Collective with you! If you are new to digital planners or journals, here are some answers to your frequently asked questions. In addition, we will have FAQ regarding our hard copy as well when those become available.

One thing to note, we designed this journal to be a part of your wedding planning journey. It invites you and your partner to sit and chat, reflect, and savor moments spent together during and beyond the wedding planning process.

DIGITAL JOURNAL FAQ:

  1. Can I return the digital journal after I purchase?

    • Because of the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  2. What happens when I purchase the digital journal?

    • You will receive a download link via email and will have 24 hours to download. We highly recommend downloading to your computer and then transferring it to your tablet.

  3. What apps does it work with?

    • We are huge Apple/Mac product users. So, we designed this with the iPad in mind (so sorry Android users!).

      • Apple-specific applications: Compatible with GoodNotes and Notability

      • Android-specific applications: Compatible with Microsoft One Note and Evernote. However, the interactive components (primarily using the tabs to jump through) are limited.

      • Works on both Apple & Android: Flexcil

      • It is a PDF - so, it should work on any application that allows you to upload or open a PDF (including Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat - the free version will allow you to add comments)

  4. What does “interactive” mean?

    • Within this journal, you will see tabs along the right, left, and top. All of these are clickable to jump to those particular sections.

      • Good Notes: Switch the pencil icon in the top right corner to click the tabs.

      • Notability: Switch to the hand icon along the top to click the tabs.

      • Flexcil: Switch to the gesture mode to click the tabs.

  5. What are the Hawaiian sayings on the bottom of some of the journal prompts?

    • Many of the prompts feature an ʻōlelo noʻeau that is reflective of the designated prompt. We utilized Mary Kawena Pukui’s ʻōlelo noʻeau book.

  6. What else is clickable besides the tabs?

    • The table of contents will allow you to jump directly to that space
